Right click deletes automatically

Hello,
when i right click any file or folder it deletes it automatically or shows the delete permission?why is that?

You want to check your Control Panel Mouse Properties. and check how you have your right mouse button setup.
It's possible you might have installed some software that changed the default setting for you.
