I receeived my Athlon 1.1Ghz T-bird retail box yesterday, but how can I tell that it is a Thunderbird cpu? There is no wording that says "thunderbird' on the box. also, when I go to the "system information", it only says something like "AMD Athlin 1.1Ghz with 3D now". It has a build number next to it, I think the build number starts with 5.xxxxxxxx.

Is this a thunderbird cpu? if not, i may need to return it.

Thanks.

any socket a athlon is a "thunderbird"
thunderbird is just the core name. the chip is a athlon.
