Control button it seem like it is pressed

when i select a folder , and select another without pressing any button the selection acts as control button is pressed so the two folders are selected ..
when i try to write on for examole notpad nthing is written until i press control key and the letter that i want it to be printed ..
what is the problem ? of course i restarted my computer and i still have the same problem

sticky keys might be the issue.

no..not literally "my fingers stick to my keys"

there is a part of windows where after multiple ctrl or alt presses sticky keys comes up and locks the button in. you can disable this from happening (i did since its annoying!)
