I damaged my copy of Windows Xp Pro by putting it on top of another CD in my drive. I called Microsoft to see about getting a replacement, but they insisted that I contact New Egg about because it's an OEM product. Now I can't find and appropriate phone # or e-mail for New Egg anywhere. What are my options, or am I just left with having to download a copy of XP Pro and using a pirated version becasue MS won't support it?
