Bootmgr is compressed

Hello,
My laptop has a bootmgr is compressed problem and unfortunately my laptop dont have a cd drive, how can i manually fix this problem? Thank you so much!

Iam really like this question because Iam faced this issue and cure the problem.
download any Linux os make a Bootable Linux os Pendrive.
boot from Pendrive , click try before installing, wait to home screen , open c: drive , right click bootmgr file ,properties , uncompress . Same for all files. or Uncompress c: drive.

Im not the techie type, hehe, do you have any idea how much it would cost to repair it? Unfortunately I dont have the things to fix it, sorry fir the trouble. Thanks a lot in advance!
