HP LaserJet 1200 USB issue from moazanjum

I can not install the printer driver if hp laserjet 1200 connected with win 7 32 bit system via usb....windows is not able to automatically install it...but it shows the icon of hp laserjet 1200 in devices and printers folder, each time i plug it in usb port. I tried all the universal print drivers pcl5 and pcl6 available at hp website but worthless......plz help me

You must have the printer turned off and unplugged from USB port before commencing with driver installation.

Then begin driver installation and wait for on-screen prompt to connect the printer.

If you begin to install the driver while printer is on and connected to PC, it won't install properly.
