Hi, my frined is a real pain in the rear end... he loves to dig up my files in my computer for some reason...
So I just wanna password protect some of my files from him.

Any ideas on how to accomplish that noble task? =)

If you are are using NTFS file system on your XP installation you will be able to reduce what your "Friend" can see unless of course you give him acces to your account. If not try running Magic Folders http://www.pc-magic.com to hide them. Be aware in the older version if you know dos there are ways around this that may not have been fixed but it works pretty good.
