For the summoner class, how many turns do summoned
things last if they do not get killed?

On average from 3 to infinity turns. The actual minimum varys with
spell and powerlevel from 1-6... the maximum is always infinity (they
stay as long as they keep making their abjuration saves).

At which point do those abjuration saves become easier? It would be
really interesting to have them last forever...

They're constant (the top two are different better constants, though),
there's nothing you can do to change them... all that changes is the
number of failures required.
