No. The SSID is set by the network owner.

Why do you want to know the SSID of a router, dont you mean the password to connect to the wireless router. The default SSID name and the Password can be found on the back or side of the Wireless router, It will be on a sticker with all the factory default settings.
If they don`t work, then you will have to reset the router to its factory defaults in order to use the default password for connection to the wireless network.
