[crawl] strange message

Today i prayed to sif muna and the same turn the message 'he is exalted with
you' came a second message 'the demon of the infinite void smiles at you'
appeared...

what does the second message mean ?

Sif Muna granted you a book, but for some reason a book was not created.
Perhaps you have them all already?

ah. this solves the problem. thanx....

well i gethered up all piled up-stuff in my garage, thrown it in a corner
and disintegrated it via 'tomb of doroklohe' (well this let vanish all
items) afterwards this works again....

praying, and a book gets created....

That wouldn't stop her from producing doubles (speaking from
experience).

Maybe it's because the level has too many items on it? Andreas
mentioned items being removed because the level is full...
