can you delete another administrator account on windows that has a password, when you yourself have an administrator account?

There must simply be one administrator user. You can delete either one. You may need the corresponding password. But one of them must stay on the system. If there are any files 'nd such that you have on the account to be deleted, I'm pretty sure there is an option to keep those. Hope I was able to help!

To answer your question: Yes.
You can have as many accounts on Windows Home Premium with administrator status as you like.

just go create an account with a password and then try and delete it

you can have your answer in about 2 minutes
