LOOKED FOR DOWNLOAD, CAN'T SEEM TO FIND. HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL WINDOWS XP AND WINDOWS7, HAVE KEY FOR BOTH. SAY'S IT'S MISSING BOOT MANAGER
the boot manager is the master boot record on the hard drive. if the drive was used for another os you have to use a cd like hirem boot cd and do a fix mbr or a delete mbr and then let windows installer run.
when you put your windows dvd or usb in go to repair my computer, exit the first window that comes up. now click on the cmd line. when your in the command line, type in diskpart, select disk 0, clean, active. You have to mark your os drive as active before it will boot.
