[Crawl] Lich Form/Necromutation and racial abilities?

If you run around in Lich Form, do you keep your racial speed and/or
(dis-)advantages, like:

Naga - slow, no feet, see invisible, poison resistance (ok, the
latter is obsolete with Lich Form as they have that, too, right?)
Centauer - fast, no feet, hunger (Lichs don't need to eat, do they?)
Spriggan - even faster, too small for most armour

Would a Spriggan Lich still be faster than all else, but run around
half naked, or would he slow down but actually be able to wear some
clothes? Or would he be faster but able to wear stuff, or slow and
still half naked?
