The boot manager always pop up, and i cant use my keyboard anymore.

the boot manager always pop up, and i cant use my keyboard anymore. but when i press the f8 right after i start my laptop and simultenously press enter it works but when i need to use the keyboard it is not working again even the enter key.pls help me thanks
