Acer Aspire 6530G VIdeo/Screen Problem

The screen is FINE - TESTED on AS5535
The cable is FINE - Buyed another one (the same)
HDMI works
VGA out works
The same is when i put UBUNTU CD.
BUT, when im puting a USB FLASH as 1st bootable ( in the screen is everything fine)----> see picture:

When its again going to BIOS screen - than its started again from bios/Acer screen.
any ideas?
