I'm afraid Epson has not released a Windows 7 driver for the Perfection 660 Scanner, nor do they intend to otherwise they would have released one by now.

However, if your scanner connects to a USB port, you can try software called "VueScan" from here: http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-GB&data=mbqAVwjIQ4Df40fQ2ZxZeultAG7ipSmK&tc=6

Download and install the trial version. If it works with your scanner you can then decide if you want to buy VueScan or buy a new scanner instead.
