How do i reset password

i cannot log onto my notebook - when i log on it tells me the user profile failed the logon
i go to the password reset wizard and it tells me to create a password reset disk -

how do i do this - thank you

You'll have to get in touch with either the manufacturer of your laptop or microsoft. Keep in mind that you'll have to provide proof of ownership before they help you. We can't answer such questions here because we cannot verify that the laptop is yours.
