New AOC i2353p Monitor looks grainy

I just got it 2 days ago and even though the color quality is a million times better than my old HP w1707, the screen looks grainy especially when looking at websites/pictures/videos with a solid white block of color, it looks really grainy. My computer is running a Nvidia Geforce GT 220 graphics card I picked up for 60 dollars.

Its a side effect of the anti-glare coating used by on many IPS panels produced by LG (who makes this panel for this model). My Dell IPS monitor has the same graininess in solid, light colored web pages (like all the white in this forum for instance). Most people get used to it after a while. I've had mine for five days now and I'm getting where I don't notice it most of the time.
