Best Monitor for my Y580 laptop to run BF3 (120 budget)

My lenovo Y580 has a screen resolution of 1366x768 on it. I want a 19" monior i saw some as much as 100 from Acer but i don't know shat the best bang for my buck is. I wan it clear and not to blur when playing Bf3.
