Toshiba satellite restore disk download

i have no display on screen

Toshiba should be able to send you a restore disk, that may cost a bit, though. however, is cheaper than buying the OS.

try to boot linux from CD. If still no display, remove battery, memory, hdd, optical drive, and turn the computer on. If no display, then either monitor is bad or motherboard.

There is no point of getting recovery discs if you cannot see what is on the display.
