I have a problem with error messges saying recordig stoped due to copywrite when transferring some of m old film video which were recorded from the tele usig normal VHS. Help andAdvice please/ I am using Silver Creast Video Grabber periperals which I purchased last year but ony recently rie to use/

It's the recording software which, due to current legal restrictions, has been programmed to recognise copyrighted video and to abort the recording process when such content is detected. The recording software developers had to include copyright-protection to avoid legal action being taken against them.
