"AMD TRAY product," what is it?

Hi, on alot of the OEM Tbird ad's on pricewatch i see "AMD TRAY product" in the description, what the hell is that? thanks!

Tray means OEM

No BOX, No Heatsink and FAN

Only the processor

You get way less warranty
but its OEM thats what it means
