Windows 7 problem

Hello,
I'm new to building computers and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but, I installed windows 7 on my new computer and everything was fine. Now, whenever I restart my computer or just turn it off and then turn it back on, it says I need to reinstall win 7. If I quickly go into the bios and then tell my computer to boot from in the bios, it starts up win 7 with no problems. It's more of an annoyance then anything but is there any way I can fix it?

P.S: All the computer parts are new.

In the bios you can set the boot order to use. It is a list of devices and the bios tries to find an operating system on these devices from the to down. It sounds like the is one device above your boot disk at the moment.

my win 7 dvd isn't in

Yes, set the hard drive as the first boot device.

i changed the 1st boot drive to the hard drive but still no results. if anyone needs pictures to help them figure this out. just ask and i can take some

Take out any usb drives or devices (except keyboard and mouse) and try it.

still says i need to reinstall it. if it helps, if i go into the bios and boot from there by exiting out of the bios, it boots up no problems or hiccups.
