Monitors Without Anti Glare?

I have a HP w2207 screen monitor that I like alot because of it's screen is shiney with no anti glare. It's kinda dated now and I wanted to upgrade it. What are the current list of monitors out there now that do not have any non glare film screens? I am having trouble finding choices. I am looking to spend about $200.00. Apples excluded.

What about monitors with IPS? Are there any without anti glare?
