Benq Samsung or HP for PS3/Xbox 360?

Hi everyone.I'm going to buy a monitor in a week for playing ps3 and xbox 360.The picture quality is the main priority for me.I don't need 3d.
I have 3 options.

So which one is the best for picture quality and console gaming?
I'm not eperienced about monitors.Any suggests within $250 price range can help me.

If you can buy from newegg or amazon I would take a look at the Dell U2212HM or the U2312HM.

If BB is the only option then take a look at these monitors.

The VS229H-P is a very nice choice for the money too. Just make sure you panel doesn't have backlight bleed.

Dell is a good choise but 8ms seems a bit much.
How about viewsonic monitors?Do you recommend them.
I also found this monitor.asus vs248h.Would you recommend this over benq?

8ms is plenty fast.

I wouldn't get the VS248H as it's not IPS. You said picture quality was a top priority. So I would stick with VS229H-P, VS23H-P, U2212HM, U2312HM. They All have total input lag times that are good for gaming.
