Check this out from Tom's news this morning.....I guess IBM is a "lemming" too!
"IBM is preparing a family of front-end network servers that will run on dual Athlon processors. The win is an important sign that Advanced Micro Devices chips are viewed as stable, mainstream product among corporate buyers."

Another one
University of Delaware's Bartol Research Institute (BRI) has installed a supercomputer powered by AMD Athlon(TM) processors. Racksaver's "Samson" supercomputer, a Beowulf Cluster design that uses 128 AMD Athlon processors.
eh eh.
wait and see it at top 200 supercomputers site.
