I have just bourght a "new" 900 Mhz Tbird. I was a bit disapointed when i discoverd that the chip was made in Malay, 1999!
The core doesnt seem blue or green more metallic-gray. Does this mean this Chip wont OC so high?
Isnt Tbirds supposed to come from Germany? (I live in Denmark 200 km. north of Germany.)
My Chip get very hot even @900 Mhz, PC Probe claims its up to 60 C. @900/Full load/Case cover off. I Think maybe my Cooler is some cheap [-peep-], I have raised the Fan voltage from 11,9 V to 15 V to get more RPM but it didnt help on Temp. so I have orderd the Silerrade Cooler, hoping to get the Chip cool and fast...
The BIOS on My A7V133 says VCORE is 1,67V but PC Probe says 1,68. After reading Toms how to modify ASUS A7V for OC I belive the reading in BIOS to be correct, but why is the MoBo giving 1,67V when VCore in BIOS is set to AUTO...?
