Dell inspiron mini 10 win7 restore windows 7 from usb

my mini has no cd drive so i was wondering how or where i could get the recover or boot file to install from a usb?

You will have to contact Dell for information regarding the available recovery options.
There should be a hidden Recovery Partition on the hard drive which you can invoke at boot time by pressing a particular key. More information regarding that will be on the Dell website - navigate to the support section for your model.
