AMD HD3D Advice

Hey Everyone!

I have to Radeon HD 6950 2GB cards in a crossfire setup, I was stuck between an eyefinity setup, getting one 2560x1440 monitor for example one of these monitors:

I was also considering HD3D, if anyone has this what is it like? Is it worth the setup price?
