Samsung R780 JS05UK - No Drivers

Hey, so I've just bought a second hand laptop, installed my own fresh copy of Windows which of course comes with next to no drivers. Now here's my problem. My laptop is a R780 JS05UK model, which doesn't exist on the Samsung website and I can't find the correct drivers anywhere.
Both LAN and WLAN show an error and are said to be malfunctioned and this seems to justify windows refusing to tell me what manufacturer or model they are.
Can anyone help me find a full driver suite? Besides the graphics anyway, the card is an Nvidia 310m.

I had typed in the model number you provided.
