ACER Aspire 5100 eRecovery stuck on process 9/10

I recently ran the restore on my Acer Aspire 5100 & the eRecovery process is stuck at Process 9/10.... How do I get it to finish???

  1. try to burn the recovery discs. Then use the discs to do the recovery. It possible that the hard drive might be damaged.
  2. I already ran recovery both ways, off the hard drive & off CD's I purchased from Acer.

  3. Sorry I should have finished that statement... I ran the restore both ways & I still got the same error both times... :-(

    I ended up just removing acer launch from the start up.
