Trouble shooting windows 7 startup administrator

when I turn my laptop on (Toshiba) a box comes up that says administrator .I do not know what to do.it will not let me in or type anything in the box.......It was dropped and I sent it out for repairs....and this is how it came back...

Contact Toshiba support, they should be able to help you further.

It seems very odd that a laptop would come back with this kind of security feature enabled, is there anyone else who may know the password?

Aside from that, there is absolutely nothing you can do until you can contact Toshiba.
