Windows failed to start

Hi .
I think that im facing the biggest pc prob of my life,
Cz my windows has a major fail to start up , all safe modes and memory test do not work.
I tried to repair it with the original cd of my windows, gess what, after loading windows files the screen goes black and nothing happens.all antivirus rescue bootable cds dont find a thing.
Is that a mother board problem or a hardware fail?
Please help!!

What kind of messages are you receiving?

Where does the failure occur?

Check the bios and reset it to factory settings.

It could be a hard drive failure. What model is the PC? If it's a store bought brand PC it may have hard drive diagnostics built in.

If you have a different computer to use I would recommend creating a Hirens Boot CD and utilize some of the options available to attempt to resolve your issue.

The problem was that my HDD was too weak to start the windows so i had to replace it and now all things work fine. thanks for your time and help
