What about the Intel DG45ID? It has built in HDMI as well as an esata port and does away with all the legacy connectors.

But its using crap Intel 4500 integrated graphics. Legacy connectors (PS/2 & ATA) being there or not is irrelevant. eSATA would have been nice on this thing though, so I agree there.

Oh, just noticed that the Zotac comes with a DVI-HDMI adapter according to their site. The intel board doesnt support audio over HDMI apparently, so there is no difference anyways.

NOOOO!!!!!! "Onboard 10/100 Ethernet" Why not put gig!?! So much for my top performance NAS and media server. I'd pay $10 more if it had gigE. Also, why not just put a pcie x16 slot. Come one now!
