Removable devices are not appearing in win 7

you want to remove your email or your going to get spammed. if your mb has intel chipset try downloading the intel chipset update for windows 7. you may have a missing or damaged usb hub driver. if your mb in a newer mb with usb 3.0 ports go over to the mb vendor web page and download there usb drivers for the 3 party chipset.

Have you looked inside Disk Managment?
right-click on Computer icon
click on "manage"
Then on the left pane, click on "Storage" to expand it.
