Any known log-out shortcuts?

Hey guys, Does anyone know if there are any log-out shortcuts so I don't have to go to start and logout and click yes? is there a way to make a shortcut icon or anything to do it, and I already know I can press alt ctrl del and click it, but I just want a one click, or double click deal, or key combo. I can do some reg editing if need be. Thanks.
