It definitely is a psychological barrier even though as PMAN78 has demonstrated, pretty much irrelevant in Real terms.

Lets not forget volume of shares traded.

Intel: 66.8million
AMD: 7.1Million

Nvidia is the real winner, trippled my investment since january =)

Here is a relative stock fact for you:

AMD 1 year Return: +5%
INTC 1 Year Return: -60%

Therefore AMD has gone up 65% more relatively in the last year (about when AMD's new processors where announced).

How do you like them apples?
