Question: Unable to get times to span midnight, Is problem Windows or other software?

Was reading the forum about bad tech support and that reminded me that I never got a answer from Microsoft tech support nor from SoftKey /Learning Company/ whatever name they are using today.

I had a Great DOS calender software program called Calendar Creator Plus. It had no problem listing time from 19:00 to 07:00, a time that spans across midnight. When the windows versions of Calendar Creator (all -peep-) came out, I never could get times to span midnight. Was able to use the DOS program till Y2K. Softkey / Learning Company / Broderbund tech support have always blame Windows 3.1 , Win 95. Win98, and Win NT. Microsoft tech support has either denied the problem or become very vague.

I also could not get several costly staffing programs to span shifts across midnight, so I suspect the problem is Microsoft's, but tech support for all those problem programs were (-peep-). Does any body KNOW if the problem is Windows code?
