Is my HP m7640n USB port compatible with new Canon PIXma 9000

Even the Canon tech service rep could not find this (but very prompt ). I have a new Canon Pixma 9000 mark II photo printer. Manual says I need high speed USB port on my PC. Can anyone tell me if the HP (about 6 years old) has a high speed USB 2.0 port that would be compatible with my new Canon photo printer??
