Recovery from partition drive

I have tried several times to figure it out and can not. I don't have internet access cause all drivers were lost after doing a complete reinstall of Windows 7. All my drivers are missing or not attached to devices. Any help?

it there error on the device manger? if the driver is not install with the recovery, need to download it from another computer and copy it over.

Yes, I suspect that the O.P. used a Windows 7 dvd to reinstall and not the recovery media or the recovery partition.

Basically the only one that you need to urgently download from another computer is the network adaptor drivers.

Is there anyway to recover my lost files without a software cause I can't get online cause I have no driver.

What files did you lose? are you only talking about drivers or are you also talking about pictures, music, etc?
