Window 7 installation problem

Hello,i m reinstalling window 7 on my new laptop ..previously it got 000000f4 error blue screen appers and it restarts all the time so i decide to reinstalll it..so when i reinstall it setup was working fine but at the end it got setup.exe error ..i thought may be cd is corrupt ..so i bought new cd now when inset a cd it appera press any key to boot from cd han i presss any key than window is loading file after that window is starting up appers than it is frozen their why ..now installation procedure plzz help as soon as posible its my new laptop

Test the hard drive. Even new laptops have been known to have a faulty hard drive.
Use the drive maker's diagnostic software which loads from a bootable CD.
