What experiences have you guys had w/ the HSF that comes with retail boxed Athlons?

I recently picked up a 1.1Ghz to build a new computer for use at work and the BIOS shows the temp at 53C. I am using a cheap ass fan in my home 800mhz and the temp is only 42C.

It's not causing any stability problems at work or anything, but it seems to me that what looks like the far superior fan at work should keep things a bit cooler.

I appreciate any ideas that you might have.
