How to solve time and date problem in windows 7

i have problem with windows7 date and time.. i have also changed the battery cell twice or more.. every time it occurs when the system is not properly shut down..
awaiting if anyone can help..

get a UPS and make sure you properly shut down the computer... also use one of these servers

If this happens every time you shut the system down then restart it, and the time and date is reset. its likely you have the bios jumper on the motherboard bridged to clear mode.
Where it should be moved into normal mode to retain the time and date settings.
Every time the system is turned on it may the cause of re setting the bios.
