Enable virtualization for Win 8?

Hi there! I have an Inspiron 560 with it's stock MOBO and CPU (Pentium E5800) and was wondering how to enable visualization. In Piriform Speccy, it says that it is disabled. Anyone have thoughts on how to enable it? Thanks!
