CPU and MB danger temps?

I have a ASUS CUSL2 MB with a Pentium 3 800 Mhz 133 Mhz chip. I'm wondering at what temps I should set MBM5 (Motherboard Monitor 5) to shut down the computer. Rather I'd like to know what temperatures are dangerous, and using that info, I'll pick my own temps to shut down at, since shut down isn't immediate. Currently running the dnet client, I've got CPU at 120 F and MB at 93 F.

For PIII: I think its max temperature is about 90*C. I've foudn that anything near 60*C would make it glitchy though.
