I have a Duron 800 on a FIC AZ-11E, I unlocked it using the pencil method, I was able to overclock with FSB to 874mhz, but now I have the muliplier at 8.5 and FSB at 103mhz, thats all I can get outta my processor, 875mhz, why is that? It idles at 27C and under load at 40C so thats not a problem, ive tried diff voltages and everything

System:
Duron 800 OC 875
FIC AZ11E
256meg PC133 Viking
ASUS V7100/2vid Geforce2 MX

take your multipler down and bump up your bus speed
you actual get more performance this way if you get the same mhz when you take down the multipler and put up the fsb more

forgot to ask what mobo you have

I have a duron 800
locked
i got my bus speed at 118 and stable i can get 950 MHz

try upping the bus speed and not multiplier
or
multiplier and not bus

be careful thou
u should be easily able to get 1000
i can get 950 from bus speed alone
but my chip is locked and i dont feel like messing with it
so im happy with 950

What motherboard are you using? I can't get my VIA KT133 over 110 or so bus speed
