Hello, I bought windows 7 home premium from ebuyer and they've sent me a 32 bit disc. It's taken my until after the installation to realize their mistake.

If i uninstall the 32bit can i upgrade to 64 or do i have to splash another £70 for 64 bit?

I have 8gbs of ram, so as you can imagine it was a right kick in the balls when i noticed.

Any help would be lovely.

You might be screwed the fact that you used the key, if you didnt use the validation key, you might be fine. BUT, some people may not take a return of an opened disc.

Also, see if there isnt 2 Discs, one might have 64bit.
