More towards the portable end, but both would be nice.

4+ hours would be good. Higher is always better, though.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Yes. TF2 / WoW / other current games at around Medium.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing,watching movies, Etc.)
Watching HD movies, mostly.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
320-500GB+ is fine.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
Hopefully at least 4 years, when my uni course ends.

DVD Writer is enough.

Prefer ASUS, but am open to any recommendations.

I am going to be using this laptop mostly for uni work and light to medium gaming. I would like something as sturdy as possible. Weight shouldn't be too much of a problem, but something lighter would always be better.
