Why cant i install/download on my computer

I cant download anything on my computer when I try it says Application not Found I have no idea what to do and I need help

Download or Install? If the application is not found while downloading the source could be invalid, corrupted or you may not have permission to download what you are attempting.

Try to browse for the file yourself to see if it exists. Some antivirus have firewalls will block you from installing via a web browser.
