Ati catalyst download

Whenever I am trying to download the new 11.1 ati catalyst mobility driver for my lenovo ideapad y560, it gives a message that "ATI Catalyst Mobility download cancelled". But this did not happen when I did the catalyst 10.12 on 7th jan, it was smoothly downloaded. I do not understand this....
Please help me..and why is this happening?

I have uninstalled the catalyst 10.12 before attempting to download the 11.1, and now I cannot even install the 10.12 driver that was downloaded by the ati,s downloader. While trying to install, it gives an error message that "The INF File is not found". In the process it installs everything except the ati display driver and opencl driver. The log file says that these two have a failed satus.

Please help for both of these problems...

dowload driversweeper and remove all ATI drivers. Then reboot and install new drivers.

I have done that already. But of no use, same problems...
